Terms & Conditions

  1. The “Flash Giveaway” (the campaign) will be started from 2:00pm to 6:00pm on 16 June 2022.
  2. Activity time is based on the server time of Baguio iRecycle Limited (the “company”).
  3. If there are 2 users have the same redemption time, the user with more valid iDollar (as at campaign day) in the account will be the winner.
  4. All photos are for reference only.
  5. Each iRecycle user can enjoy the gift once only.
  6. If the same iRecycle user has redeemed the coupon more than once, according to system records, only the earliest redemption time will be regarded as a successful redemption.
  7. The gifts are limited and available on first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.
  8. System will deducted the iDollar(s) once the user enrolled the activity. The deducted iDollar will be returned to the iRecycle users who are not the first 60 redemption of this coupon.
  9. The winning notification shall be provided by WhatsApp message to the valid registered mobile phone number of the iRecycle mobile APP within 5 calendar days after the event closed. The prize shall be forfeited if the winner cannot complete the winning confirmation through the registration link provided in the winning notification within a certain period of time after receiving the winning notification.
  10. iRecycle users are solely responsible for ensuring that the mobile phone number registered in iRecycle is a valid mobile phone number and able to receive our WhatsApp notification. No re-issuing of the notification and compensation including but not limited to e-vouchers and promotional codes will be provided if the message cannot be delivered through WhatsApp.
  11. Any abuse of the iRecycle system, including setting up bogus accounts, Baguio iRecycle Limited (Baguio) reserves the right to disqualify the user without prior notice.
  12. In the interest of fairness, the employees of Baguio and staff that were responsible or involved in any part of this event in the merchant companies are not eligible to enter.
  13. The eligible user must accept their Prize(s) in the form provided in the notification.
  14. All the prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and exchangeable for cash or other products.
  15. Baguio reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to deal with any unclaimed Prize(s) in any manner.
  16. Baguio is not the supplier of the above prizes and makes no representation or guarantee as to the quality of the prizes collected and accepts no liability for any matters arising from or in relation to the same.
  17. If registered data or winning notification are lost, inaccurate, unidentifiable or damage caused by any computer, network, telephone or technical issues which are not attributed to the default of iRecycle, Baguio shall not have any legal liability if the participant is judged as disqualified and the participant cannot object.
  18. Terms and conditions of Baguio and prize suppliers shall apply.
  19. Baguio and prize suppliers reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
  20. In case of any dispute, the decision of Baguio and prize suppliers shall be final.
  21. In the event of discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
